How It Works
1. When your alarm is activated, a pre-alarm video clip and live video stream is sent to the Central Monitoring Center.

2. You will receive an interactive SMS video message for alarm verification.
3. Upon receipt of interactive confirmation of valid alarm from you our Central Monitoring Center personnel will dispatch the appropriate authorities with detailed information.

4. Law enforcement places a higher priority on video verified alarms resulting in a much faster response time opposed to a non-verified alarm.
